Ode to Rain

Ode+to+Rain
Ms. Levine

Water droplets falling from up high

Clouds come floating into the sky

The addition of dark colors strive

Equally

Settling the particles in the air

Cooling the warmth in the atmosphere

Resounding as nature’s white noise

Silent but not empty

Adding a refreshment of relief

And yet the old tears of mine revive

Parallel to the bold water descend

Descending onto the trees and flowers

Oh how they cannot survive without rain

Without the cloud burst

There would be no entity
